A wonderful novelty in the sugar pea group. Unripe shoulder-blades do not have a parchment layer and are eaten whole. In Europe they are called “mange” (translated from French – “eat everything”). The plant is tall (140-180 cm). The cultivar is more heat resistant than the green pea cultivars. Fruiting begins 65-70 days from germination. The unusual color of the beans will pleasantly diversify the color palette of the summer vegetable table. Delicate, sweet shoulder blades are used as a separate dish, and in an assortment of fried or steamed vegetables, and as an ingredient in vegetable salads. The plant is spectacular. Decorate the garden and even the flower garden with its reddish stems, purple flowers and golden beans. Sowing. Before sowing, the seeds are soaked in water until they swell. Seeds are sown in open ground to a depth of 4-6 cm. In order to prevent lodging of the stems, after germination, it is advisable to put supports. Harvested as it ripens. Plants need timely watering, weeding, loosening and feeding.
