Zucchini Spaghetti Raviolo, seeds Weight kg

An interesting variety with a fibrous structure of the fruit pulp. Mid-season variety. The plant is long-leaved. The leaf is green with mild spotting, dissected. The fruit is cylindrical, fully developed – green, ripe – whitish, 20 cm long. Weight up to 1 kg. The pulp is thick, decaying into fibers, sweet, juicy. In order to obtain the “spaghetti” effect, the courgettes are harvested after they turn whitish. The whole zucchini is dipped in boiling water for 30 minutes. Then, by cutting in half, remove the seeds and spread the vegetable spaghetti on a dish. They are used in the same way as classic zucchini.
