The rosette of leaves is erect, the leaf is oblong-ovate, on a long petiole. The taste is pleasant, slightly acidic. The average marketable yield is 3-8 kg / m2. The variety is winter-hardy, resistant to flowering. Greens are widely used in cooking, fresh and canned. Sowing seeds in open ground to a depth of 1-1.5 cm. Seedlings are thinned out. The first cut of greens is carried out 2-2.5 months after sowing. The flower arrows are removed regularly. The last mass cutting is carried out no later than mid-August for successful overwintering of plants. Plants need regular watering, weeding, loosening and feeding.
