1. Origin: This variety was bred by the Volgograd Experimental Station of the All-Union Institute of Plant Industry by the method of group and family selection from a local Central Asian variety. Cabbage was released in 1950. 2. Early maturity: medium late variety, productivity: high-yielding. 3. Cabbage Judge 146 – resistant to high temperatures, but susceptible to vascular bacteriosis. The “Judge” variety is used fresh and for fermentation.
