Fresh leaves are used in cooking as a spicy addition to salads. A medicinal tincture or tea is prepared from the rhizomes of biennial plants, which is used as a sedative for insomnia, various neuroses, spasms of the gastrointestinal tract, and headaches. Sowing seeds in 2 terms: before winter and early spring. They are sown superficially, without embedding, with a constant moisture content before sprouting during spring sowing.
