They are remembered for their excellent taste and rich purple-red color. Ideal for preparing fresh salads and juices. The yield under the film is 7-8 kg / m2. Sowing seedlings – in early March. A pick in the phase of 1-2 true leaves. Plants are tied up and formed into 1-2 stems. It is mandatory to remove side shoots (stepchildren).
