Thick-leaved sorrel, Sedek seeds 0.5g

An early ripe fruitful variety (from germination to the beginning of mass cutting 40-45 days). Forms a rosette with large, juicy, elongated ovate leaves, which are cut as they grow back during the entire growing season. Variety value: high yield of green mass, rapid regrowth of young leaves. They are used as early vitamin greens in cooking, for preparing first courses, fillings for pies, in salads, for canning.
