A popular early ripening (from germination to the beginning of the economic shelf life of 20-25 days) cold-resistant variety, characterized by a high growth rate, which allows up to 5 harvests per season. The rosette of leaves reaches a height of 8-10 cm and up to 20 cm in diameter. The leaves are large, light green, with a characteristic openwork dissection, juicy and tender. The culture is valued for its high content of vitamins (including vitamin C), iron salts, iodine and potassium. Grown throughout the year: in the summer – in the open field, in the winter – in the protected. It is also possible to grow at home in boxes with a small layer of soil (5-8 cm). Ideal for fresh consumption, as an ingredient for salads, sandwiches and snacks, as an accompaniment to meat and fish dishes.
