Mid-season spinach variety (44 days from germination to harvest) with a powerful rosette of 10-11 fleshy ovoid leaves with a sharp top. The surface of the leaf is wavy, the edge is flat, 16 cm long, 7 cm in diameter. The yield of the variety is 2.7 kg / m2. Eating spinach lowers sugar levels, slows down the appearance of problems in the nervous system, prevents the formation of tumors, and improves immunity. The leaves are added as salad greens, stewed as a side dish. Grown by sowing seeds in open ground in spring (late April-May) and late summer (in August).
