Chanterelle is golden, small, tube-shaped mushrooms with a fleshy, convex cap. The color can vary from bright yellow to orange. Planting of mycelium is carried out under garden trees and shrubs, from March to November. Near the selected plant, no further than two meters from the trunk, carefully, without damaging the root system, we dig out a small piece of soil, 3/5 l in volume, at least 30 cm deep. We scatter the mycelium into the resulting pit, without crushing or compacting it! We cover the place of the mycelium with the previously removed layer of cleaned soil, lightly tamp and water. Planting care consists in periodically moistening the mycelium with a drip method in dry, hot weather, preventing the soil from drying out. Over time, the mycorrhizal grows, forming a mycorrhizal symbiosis with the plant. After the first harvest, the mycelium grows and develops autonomously. Fruiting occurs several times, in spring and autumn, but the first harvest of mushrooms will delight you as early as 2.5 months after planting.
