Perennial herbaceous herb. Early ripe variety. The leaves are light green, flat, 5-30 cm high, 1.5 cm wide, have a pleasant, slightly pungent taste and garlic smell. The value of the variety: high winter hardiness, amicable regrowth of delicate juicy leaves that do not coarse until late autumn, early vitamin production, multiple cutting of greens. It is used fresh as a seasoning for soups, meat dishes, for freezing drying and pickling.
