Each petal of a goblet flower is lined with the same, like on a chessboard, purple-white cells (there are white-flowered forms). Planting: ash or lime should be added to the hole during planting. The plant is mulched. Care: unpretentious plant. Leaves should not be cut off immediately after flowering. It is necessary to wait for their natural drying out. Overgrown clumps are usually transplanted after 3-4 years. Digging is usually done in June, when the foliage dries up and the bulb ripens. Then store the bulbs in a warm, dry place until planting in the fall. It should be planted in small dense groups of 15-20 pieces under trees or bushes, in partial shade. In the bright sun, its flowers become smaller and live less. It tolerates a flowering transplant well. Alba – plant height 20-25 cm. Flowers are white with indistinct cells, very delicate.
