Salad Watercress Vitamin, Intersemy seeds 0.5g

The earliest ripening annual leafy vegetable, ripening 2-3 weeks after germination. The stem is 30-60 cm high. Delicate green leaves are used to prepare salads and seasonings. The culture is valued for its high content of vitamins (including vitamin C), iron salts, iodine and potassium. The plant is cold-resistant, grown throughout the year – in the summer in the open field, in the winter – in a sheltered one. It is also possible to grow watercress at home in boxes with a small layer of soil (5-8 cm).
