The early ripening variety (the period from germination to the beginning of the economic shelf life is 30-38 days) is characterized by very rapid growth. The leaf plate is tender, green, with a pungent spicy taste, 10-12 cm high. Fresh leaves are used as herbs, seasoning for soups and gravies. They are added to vegetable salads, meat and fish dishes, snacks. Sowing outdoors at the end of April, as soon as the soil allows. Sow in rows with a row spacing of 15-20 cm. Seedlings, if necessary, thin out, leaving 2-3 cm between the plants. To obtain fresh greens in a continuous mode, repeated sowing is carried out at intervals of 1-2 weeks. For good growth, plants need timely watering, regular weeding, loosening and fertilizing with mineral fertilizers.
