Perennial Plant height 25 cm One of the most beautiful primroses, long-lived rhizome rosette perennial 20-25 cm high. Leathery, evergreen leaves, umbrella-shaped inflorescence of 5-20 velvety flowers with a weak aroma. Flowering is long – from April for 40-50 days, abundant – adult plants give up to 10 peduncles. Plants are winter-hardy, unpretentious, grow well in sunny places and in partial shade of trees with a thin crown. They easily tolerate short-term drought. Go well with daffodils, low irises, snowdrops, subulate phlox.
