Fiji Orchid pots – a new line of pots that best suits the needs of growing different types of orchids. The pot system consists of a body-base and an inner insert, made of a translucent material that allows sunlight to pass through, thereby supporting photosynthesis of the roots. The internal drainage insert at the bottom ensures good drainage of water as well as sufficient aeration of the roots. The space between the body and the insert is filled with water, which allows the plant to be “fed” directly in the pot; in the absence of water, the air gap prevents overheating and hypothermia of the plant.
