Hyacinth beans (Dolichos) is a climbing annual used for vertical gardening of houses, fences, free-standing arbors. In culture, it grows more than 3m in height. Leaves are heart-shaped, beet-colored, with veins, located on red-violet petioles, moth flowers, purple in color, collected in a brush 20-25 cm long. Decorative and maroon, curved, flat beans with a spout (up to 6 cm long), which decorate the plant for a long time in autumn. From July to the end of October, plants densely decorate the surface to a height of 2.5-4 m. Dolichos can be grown not only in the garden, but also as a container culture, for example, for landscaping a balcony. FLOWERING: from July to frost.
