Chanterelle mushrooms (Cantharellus cibarius). Along with the noble boletus, Chanterelle is one of the most delicious and healthy mushrooms. The hat is up to 10 cm in diameter, funnel-shaped with an uneven thin edge, bright yellow or pale yellow. The stem is cylindrical, often narrowed towards the base, smooth, light yellow. The pulp is dense, fleshy, with a specific pleasant mushroom smell, light yellow on the cut.
