An annual plant from the Cyanus family, with a slender erect stem. Height 30-50 cm. Prefers light soils. Flowers up to 2 cm in diameter, collected in terminal corymbose inflorescences, resemble stars in appearance. Sowing seedlings is carried out in March-April. They are planted in the ground in April-May, maintaining a distance between plants of 20 cm. It blooms from June until frost.
