An early ripe low productive pea variety, from germination to consumer ripeness about 50 days. Pods are long, of medium width. The variety belongs to the sugar group. In these varieties, not only pea seeds are used for food, but the whole bean (in common parlance “pod”) entirely. Bean leaves are devoid of a hard layer of parchment, juicy, fleshy, sweet, delicious taste. Unripe beans are a great fresh treat. They are good both stewed and in a skillet (slightly fried, the beans acquire the “aristocratic” taste of asparagus). The variety is unpretentious, like the whole culture. Sowing is carried out in late April – early May to a depth of 4-6 cm. The planting pattern is 30×15 cm.
