Peas Children’s sweetness is a fruitful variety of leguminous crops that ripens early enough. Plants do not differ in terms of height, and edible fruits in pods ripen within 50 days after germination. Pods are elongated, rather long and of medium width. The variety belongs to the sugar varieties of peas. You can eat both peas and the whole bean (pod). Bean leaves do not have a layer of parchment, which is usually hard, and have a sweet taste. Whole beans can be enjoyed raw or stewed or fried. When lightly roasted, they taste like asparagus. Peas Baby sweetness is an extremely unpretentious plant and does not require special conditions. The variety has the following external characteristic features: – considered early maturing; – short and medium-long stem; – medium or large leaves are green-gray in color and waxy bloom; – medium or large stipules have barely noticeable specks and a waxy coating; – large flowers of a white shade; – long beans, slightly curving and with a sharp top; – small and medium-sized seeds. Sowing is carried out at the border of April and May. Before sowing, the soil is prepared in advance in a sunny place, since baby peas require a lot of light for proper development.
