The number of leaves in a rosette is from 40 to 80. The leaves are dark green, very fragrant, grow well after cutting. Recommended for fresh, dried and canned consumption. The leaves are harvested periodically, as needed. Sowing in open ground at the earliest dates (April) to a depth of 1-1.5 cm. In the phase of 2-3 true leaves, the seedlings are thinned, leaving 5 cm between the plants. During the summer, several cuts of parsley are carried out. To obtain an earlier harvest, sowing is possible before winter, in late October – early November.
