They begin to complete harvesting 55-60 days after germination. Powerful rosettes, 30-45 cm high, weighing 100-120 g. The leaves are large, tender, juicy and very fragrant. They are widely used fresh for various cooking, canning, drying and freezing. In the fall, you can transplant some of the plants into a pot and put them on the windowsill, where they will give greens for another 2-4 months. Productivity 3.5-4 kg / m 2. Before sowing, we recommend soaking the seeds in warm water for a day, changing the water 3-4 times. In the phase of two or three true leaves, the seedlings are thinned out. To obtain an earlier harvest, it is possible to sow dry seeds in the winter in late October – early November.
