Fragrant and fruitful. Early ripening, perennial fruitful variety with 20-25 cm long white roots. Unlike leaf parsley, it gives not only juicy and tender greens for salads, but also excellent aromatic root vegetables, which are used fresh and dried in soups, main courses, for pickles and marinades. GROWING CONDITIONS: sowing seeds can be carried out at several times – in early spring or before winter, in the middle of summer. Podzimny sowing is carried out with dry seeds. In spring, parsley is sown in moist grooves at a distance of 3-4 cm in a row and 20-30 cm between rows. If it is necessary to accelerate the germination of seeds, then the crops are covered with a film, which is removed when seedlings appear.
