Early ripening (55 – 60 days from germination to the beginning of marketability) variety. The rosette of leaves is half-raised, 39cm high. The leaf blade is medium, green with a thin petiole. The leaf is extraordinarily delicate, with a high aroma. The variety is perfect for both freezing and fresh consumption. Frozen greens are used in winter and early spring as a seasoning for meat, fish dishes, sauces and soups, while retaining valuable properties and aroma. It is also recommended for dry use and canning. Marketable yield 1.7-2.0 kg / m2.
