Recommended for fresh use in salads and vinaigrettes, soups, for decorating snacks. It is added to meat dishes, as well as to minced meat, to stuffing pies, various sauces, marinades, fillings. It can be frozen and used as a multivitamin green during the winter. Sowing seeds directly into open ground is carried out in late April – early May, to a depth of 1.0-1.5 cm according to the scheme 4-5 x 10-15 cm.The harvest begins in late June – early July, when the leaves reach a height of 20 -30 cm.
