A late-ripening variety of batuna with a powerful and very long (up to 25 cm!) Stem with a delicate taste similar in size to leeks. The rosette of leaves is erect, 40-60 cm (with good agricultural technology, up to 80 cm!). The leaves are juicy, light green, do not coarse for a long time, with a high content of vitamins and minerals. The taste is pleasant, slightly spicy. They are grown by direct sowing in open ground in early spring, in rows, to a depth of 1.5-2.0 cm. The distance between rows is 30 cm. For continuous production of greens, crops are repeated at intervals of 2 weeks (the last sowing date is August 15). The variety does not winter well in temperate climates, therefore it is recommended for annual cultivation.
