The mix consists of ultra-early ripening cold-resistant leafy vegetables for salad purposes. The mixture contains seeds of the following crops: Chinese cabbage (Swallow), Japanese cabbage (Mizuna), Sarepta mustard (Volnushka), vegetable amaranth (Krepysh). All vegetables are relatively new to our table, but their popularity is growing rapidly. This is facilitated by the valuable biochemical composition, low calorie content, pleasant taste with a light piquant “pungency” and excellent compatibility with traditional salad cultures. Simple agricultural technology will allow even a beginner in vegetable growing to grow a good harvest.
