Pleasant, slightly spicy taste. Late-ripening variety (from germination to harvest 130-175 days). The plant is cold-resistant, 20-50 cm high. The leaves are dark green, wide. The false stem is cylindrical, 5-6 cm in diameter and up to 30 cm long. The weight of one plant is 200-250 g. Leek has a pleasant, slightly pungent taste. It is used fresh and stewed and fried. GROWING CONDITIONS: the plant is very moisture-loving and demanding on soil fertility. Leeks are grown through seedlings. Seeds germinate at a temperature of 7C. Do not allow the soil to dry out before sprouting. Seedlings are planted at the age of 50-60 days 1.5-2 cm deeper than they grew in the greenhouse and watering is carried out. Care consists in systematic watering, loosening and fertilizing with organic fertilizers.
