Mitsuna or mizuna is a cruciferous plant, its closest relatives are turnip and rapeseed. Microgreens are young plants in the phase of the first pair of true leaves. Cut off 10 days after germination. They contain the maximum amount of vitamins, microelements, mineral salts. For growing microgreens, various low wide containers are used. Pour the substrate (soil for seedlings or indoor plants) 2/3 of the height, spill and slightly compact. Seeds are evenly distributed over the surface, then sprinkled with a thin layer of substrate and compacted again. Moisten well from a sprayer. Cover with glass or cellophane to maintain moisture until germination. Sowing is carried out year-round, every 10-15 days.
