Melilot yellow biennial herb of the legume family. The people are better known under such names burkun, medicinal sweet clover, female sweet clover, wild buckwheat, bottom grass. Melilot is a soil conditioner and is used as a green fertilizer. How green manure of the legume family accumulates nitrogen in the soil.
