Dahlias “Merry Guys” are dwarf forms with a height of up to 70 cm. They got their name “Merry Guys” by the bright, varied, cheerful color of flowers. Perennial, herbaceous root-club plants. But in the climatic conditions of central Russia, all dahlias, including the “Merry Guys”, are grown as annual crops. The stems of the “Merry Fellows” are strong, the leaves are bright green, but they can also be brownish-burgundy in plants with dark-burgundy flowers. Flowers can be simple and double, semi-double. The color is very diverse: white, yellow, red, burgundy, pink, lilac. The flower of the “Merry Fellows” is essentially a basket inflorescence, in the middle of which there are tubular flowers, mostly yellow. On the edges are ligulate flowers of various colors. The size of the flower is up to 8-10 cm in diameter.
