An excellent spice plant. The period from germination to harvesting for greens is 35-45 days, the seeds ripen in 105-120 days. The rosette of the plant is compact, erect, densely leafy, 25-30 cm high. Leaves per rosette 12-27 pcs. The leaf is dark green, glossy. The notch of the edge of the sheet is deep. The petiole is green, sometimes with anthocyanin, 1/2 the length of the leaf. Plant weight 20-40 g. Fresh leaves are used in cooking. The seeds are added as a spice seasoning for flavoring bread and pastries, in marinades, in the preparation of spicy mixtures. GROWING CONDITIONS: Sowing is carried out in early spring in moist soil, fertilized since autumn, to a depth of 1-3 cm according to the scheme of 20-30×7-10 cm. Seedlings appear on the 14-20th day. To obtain fresh greens, they are sown every 2-3 weeks until mid-July. When grown under film, over-sowing is possible all year round. Care consists in loosening row spacings, weeding, watering, thinning. Cut at the root upon reaching a height of 10-15 cm. Sow coriander many times, starting in early spring, after 2-3 weeks until mid-summer. MATURE TIME 40 days
