Coriandrum sativum. Rapid regrowth of greenery, high content of essential oils. Ripening period 50 +/- 5 days. Late-ripening variety (the period from full germination to the beginning of harvesting for greens is 50 days). The plant is 50-60 cm high, well leafy. The leaves are bright green, tender with a strong spicy aroma. Recommended for use as salad greens (young stems) and spicy seasoning (dried leaves, ripe seeds) for meat, fish and vegetable dishes. Strengthens the digestive system, cleanses the body of toxins. Growing conditions: Sowing is carried out in early spring in moist soil, fertilized since autumn, to a depth of 1-3 cm according to the scheme 20-30 x7-10 cm. Seedlings appear on 14-20 days. To obtain fresh greens, they are sown every 2-3 weeks until mid-July. When grown under film, over-sowing is possible all year round. Care consists in loosening row spacings, weeding, watering, thinning. Cut at the root upon reaching a height of 10-15 cm. Good results are obtained on loose, well-permeable, nutrient-rich soil.
