New, cold-resistant cilantro with aniseed aroma. Included in the State Register of the Russian Federation for growing in private household plots. Recommended for use as salad greens (leaves, young stems) and spices (dried leaves, ripe seeds). Mid-season. The period from full sprouting to the beginning of economic shelf life (stalking phase) is 35-40 days. The plant is 70 cm high. The rosette of leaves is large, semi-raised. The leaf is medium, smooth, tender, green, with a jagged edge. The leaf tissue is delicate. The flowers are white. The mass of one plant is 30-35 g. The yield of greenery is 2.9-3.1 kg / sq.m. Anise aroma. Cold resistant. Sowing is carried out in early spring in moist soil, fertilized since autumn, to a depth of 1-3 cm according to the scheme of 20-30 x7-10 cm. Seedlings appear on the 14-20th day. To obtain fresh greens, they are sown every 2-3 weeks until mid-July. When grown under film, over-sowing is possible all year round. Care consists in loosening row spacings, weeding, watering, thinning. Cut to the root when reaching a height of 10-15 cm.
