An annual plant belonging to the Celery family. Early maturing (from germination to harvesting for greens 29-35 days) variety. The plant is semi-erect, compact, 40-50 cm high. The leaves are green, tender, juicy, with a strong spicy aroma. Not picky about heat, but needs abundant watering to get delicate, not coarse greenery. Excellent honey plant. For regular production of greens, crops are sown in 10-15 days. Variety value: high yield of green mass. The leaves contain vitamins B1, B2, C, P, pectins, starch, sugars, tannins. It is used as a bactericidal, laxative, choleretic agent. The leaves are used fresh and as a seasoning for meat and fish dishes. The seeds are used for flavoring bread, pickles, sausages, as well as in cosmetics and medicine.
