Sowing is carried out in early spring in moist soil, fertilized since autumn, to a depth of 1-3 cm according to the scheme of 20-30×7-10 cm. Seedlings appear on the 14-20th day. To obtain fresh greens, sow every 2-3 weeks until mid-July. When grown under film, overseeding is possible all year round. Care consists in loosening row spacings, weeding, watering, thinning. Cut to the root upon reaching a height of 10-15 cm.
