An unpretentious plant with a height of 30-40 cm forms dense curtains with narrow leaves, above which very decorative fragrant flowers are located on slender peduncles. Flowers are collected in large, double inflorescences of various colors, up to 4 cm in diameter. The shape of the petals is even or stellate-dissected. The plant is cold-resistant, rather drought-resistant. From carnations, spectacular borders are obtained, they are used to create variegated flower beds and alpine slides, for cutting. SEEDING: for seedlings in late March – early April (you can sow directly into the ground in May). Seedlings dive in the phase of two or three pairs of true leaves into boxes according to the 2 * 2 cm scheme. Seedlings are planted in open ground in late May – early June with a distance of 15-20 cm between plants. Prefers fertile, non-acidic, loamy garden soil. It develops well like in the sun, and in partial shade. CARE: watering, feeding. Does not tolerate stagnant water. FLOWERING: from July to frost
