Cherry harvesting is a laborious process. It starts from the moment the first fruits ripen, and then it is carried out periodically (about 1-2 times a week) until the end of the growing season. It is important to remember that if you remove not quite ripe fruits, then even the most delicious varieties will not be sweet enough. Therefore, it is better to collect those that have already acquired a characteristic color. If you are late with cleaning, they may begin to crumble.
