Mid-season (100 days from germination to technical ripeness) cultivar of petiolate celery. Petioles are dark green 20 -22 cm long. Sowing seedlings mid-March – early April. Planting seedlings in the ground late May – early June with 5-6 leaves. The planting scheme is 35×40 cm. It responds well to feeding with humus or manure, ash, nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium fertilizers. During the growing season, the soil is loosened, mulched with humus, spilled, fed. To improve the quality of stalked celery, it must be bleached. To do this, two weeks before harvesting, the petioles are carefully shifted and wrapped in thick paper. This is better than hilling, because after hilling the soil, the petioles acquire an earthy flavor. Recommended for fresh consumption, for canning and as a spice in various dishes. Productivity 3.0-5.0 kg / m2.
