Common beans ‘Sugar Triumph 764’ is a variety bred at the Voronezh Vegetable Experimental Station. Approved for use in the Central, Central Black Earth, North Caucasian, Middle Volga, East Siberian and Far Eastern regions in 1943. Sizes and growth shape: Variety ‘Sugar Triumph 764′ is represented by compact, erect, medium-branched bushes, 30-40 cm high. The attachment of beans is high. The leaf is light green, slightly corrugated. The flowers are pink. Fruits: Size, shape and color: Pods are large, straight, flat-cylindrical, 12-16 cm long, sugar-free, without fiber. Unripe beans are juicy, green, long, sharp nose, claw-like. Mature beans are curved, wrinkled, brittle. Seeds are yellow, large, elongated-elliptical in shape. Ripening and yield: Common beans’ Sugar Triumph 764 ‘refers to early ripening varieties. The period from full sprouting to technical ripeness of beans is 50–65 days. The yield of beans in technical ripeness is 1.0–1.7 kg / m2. Disease resistance: The variety is relatively resistant to fungal diseases. Directions for use: Recommended for fresh consumption and canning.
