The earliest variety of peas for processing and fresh consumption. Ripens in 60-70 days after germination. The stem is 40-50 cm long. Forms 1-2 pods per node, starting from internodes 9-10. There are 6-9 large homogeneous peas in a bean, 70% of them are larger than 9.3 mm. The variety is fruitful, high quality products. Recommended for fresh consumption, processing and freezing. The recommended sowing pattern is 10×15 cm. A distinctive feature of this pea variety is a high and stable yield in any climatic conditions due to its resistance to fusarium. Avola peas are the yield leader among the early varieties of sweet cereal peas. The variety is undersized: its height is no more than 40-50 cm, which makes it possible to grow the variety without using supports. The first inflorescence is formed over 6-7 leaves, each with 2-3 blades with 8-10 sweet peas. Almost 85% of the peas are 7 to 8 mm in size. Consumed fresh, as well as dried, canned and frozen.
