Perennial onions, also known as branched, Chinese, garlic, mountain garlic. Combines the qualities of food, decorative, melliferous and medicinal plants. The leaves are narrow-linear, with a characteristic semi-sharp garlic taste, remain juicy and tender throughout the growing season. Inflorescences that appear in the second year have a strong pleasant aroma. Aromatic flowers are used to flavor drinks. Allspice greens are used fresh and salted in salads, side dishes, meat dishes, as a filling for pies, dumplings, omelets. Sowing directly into open ground in April-May. Before sowing, the seeds are soaked in water for a day, changing the water 2-3 times, dried until flowable and sown to a depth of 1-1.5 cm, with a step between rows of 20 cm. Seedlings are thinned out several times, so that by the end of the season the distance between the plants is 20 cm. Starting from the second year of life, cutting of greenery is carried out 2-3 times per season until mid-August. After each mass cutting, the plants are abundantly watered and fed.
