The plant is thermophilic, in the middle lane it requires shelter for the winter, or it is dug up and kept in boxes at a temperature of + 5C. The variety is mid-season, ready for cutting 75-80 days after regrowth in the second year. The height of the bush is 50-60 cm, the rosette is half-raised. The leaves are dark green, fleshy, similar to needles, 2-4 cm long. The flowers are bluish-lilac. Rosemary is a classic spice type. It has a strong sweetish-camphor smell, reminiscent of pine, and a very spicy, slightly pungent taste. It is used fresh and dried as a seasoning for fish, meat (especially lamb), vegetable dishes, cheeses and pastries. Also has widespread medicinal use. The seeds are pre-soaked for 6-8 hours in a stimulant solution, and then kept moist for about 1 month. After the seeds are dried and planted to a depth of 0.5 cm.
