Tulip bulbs consist of a bottom and one to six storage scales covered with protective integumentary scales. The bulbs produce underground stolons, leaves and strong, succulent flower stalks. The height of tulip peduncles ranges from 30 cm to 50 cm. Flowers of tulips are – from simple, double, goblet, lily-colored, cup-shaped, oval, star-shaped, parrot and fantasy forms. Planting method: Landing VIII – X. Landing is carried out from the third decade of August to the first decade of October. Tulips are planted when the soil temperature drops to 10 degrees Celsius at a depth of 10 cm. Before planting, the bulbs are treated with fungicide solutions, always set strictly horizontally, bottom down.
