The leaves are long, simply feathery, hairy. Flowers are solitary, about 5 cm in diameter. Looks great in flower beds, and is also suitable for growing in pots and on patios, in rockeries, group plantings, mixborders. Sowing: produced in a pre-prepared permanent place. Seeds are sown in early spring (April-May) and slightly sprinkled with vermiculite. Can be sown again after one week to keep flowering longer. Care: prefers drained, moderately moist soils; sunny areas are preferred, although partial shade also tolerates well; with the introduction of organic matter and mineral fertilizers, the flowering will be more abundant and prolonged.
