Late-ripening variety. The head of cabbage is flat-round, very dense, with a thin internal structure, weighing 3-5 kg. The outer color of the leaves is gray-green, with a strong waxy bloom. During the harvesting period, the heads of cabbage have a slight bitterness, but during storage it disappears. Variety value: resistance to gray mold and punctate necrosis, suitability for long-term storage, excellent transportability. Recommended for fermentation and pickling. The taste of the vegetable only increases with storage, therefore it is recommended to use it fresh from the second half of winter. The culture is cold-resistant, light and moisture-loving. In the middle lane, they are grown through seedlings. Seedlings at the age of 25-35 days are planted in the ground in mid-May according to the scheme 60×50 cm. Sowing for seedlings of the plant occurs in the second half of March or at the beginning of April. The first shoots appear in 5–7 days. It is important to show special care during the cultivation of cabbage – feeding with organic fertilizers, watering, and excessive stretching of the plant should not be allowed. Cabbage seedlings can be planted 30–45 days after germination. This happens at the end of May. The plant tolerates an insufficient amount of moisture well, but the soil must be fertile.
