A very cheerful and bright perennial plant up to 50 cm high for growing indoors or on the balcony. Forms shortened stems with rosettes of basal elongated leaves above which pubescent peduncles with elegant baskets of chamomile inflorescences rise. Gerbera is very light-requiring and thermophilic, prefers slightly acidic soils, regular moderate watering during the period of active growth and flowering. Stagnation of moisture in the soil and plant outlet can cause fungal diseases and powdery mildew. Seeds are sown in a mixture of turf, leaf and humus soil (2: 1: 1) with the addition of sand and the crops are regularly moistened. Seedlings dive for the first time in the phase of 2-3 true leaves into boxes, and the second time, in the phase of 4-5 leaves, in separate pots. A month after the last pick, the plants are fertilized with mineral fertilizer with a full set of trace elements. Further feeding has a beneficial effect on flowering duration. From sowing to flowering, it takes up to 10-11 months.
