A perennial plant from the family Fireweed, has raised purple stems, 30 cm long. Blooms in June-August. The flowers are pale yellow, fragrant, large (10 cm in diameter). They open in the evening and at night, and during the day – only in cloudy weather. Grown by sowing seeds in open ground in late May – early June on semi-shaded beds. Seedlings dive at a distance of 5-10 cm. With early sowing, they can bloom in the first year. Podzimny sowing is possible. Shelter is required for the winter. Suitable for cultivation are semi-shaded areas with light, well-drained cultivated soil. Used for planting in groups and in evening flower beds.
