The herb mixture is recommended for growing in conditions of insufficient soil moisture and hot climates. The lawn will remain lush green even after a long drought. “Euro-Green” can be successfully grown in cold and temperate regions – it is cold-hardy and shade-tolerant. It has a high resistance to trampling and soil salinity, which makes the grass mixture indispensable for the construction of sports grounds, areas with an intensive degree of use and urban decorative lawns. Agricultural technology: sowing can be carried out at any time, from early spring to early autumn. The area prepared for planting a lawn is cleaned, the soil is plowed deeply, fertilized, loosened and rolled to form a compacted surface. If necessary, liming is carried out and sand is added. Sowing is carried out crosswise, which makes it possible to achieve an even distribution of seeds over the entire area: one half of the seeds is sown in one direction, the other – across the sown. The seeds are buried in the soil to a depth of 1 cm using a rake. On sandy soils, reconsolidation must then be carried out. To maintain the moisture content of the seedbed, finely dispersed irrigation of the lawn must be carried out. The first mowing is carried out to a height of at least 6–8 cm, but not more than 1/3 of the length. The next ones are 3-4 cm high. Composition: red fescue: 35%; cane fescue: 35%; perennial ryegrass: 25%; meadow bluegrass: 5%.
